What to contact us about

Corrections. If a figure, deadline, or rule on any page is wrong or out of date, tell us the page URL and what you believe is correct, ideally with a link to the state agency, statute, or rating bureau filing. Corrections are our highest priority.
Calculator problems. If a calculator gives a result that looks wrong, include the inputs you used and the browser you were on.
Topic suggestions. Many of our state guides and articles started as reader questions. If something you searched for was not answered, let us know.

What we can’t help with

My Insurance Calc is an independent information site. We are not a licensed insurance agency, we do not sell insurance, and we cannot provide quotes, review your specific policy, or give legal advice about a claim. For those, contact a licensed insurance agent or broker in your state, your state’s department of insurance, or (for workplace injuries) your state’s workers’ compensation agency.

How we handle corrections

When a reader reports an error, we check it against the primary source — the state agency, statute, or official rate filing — and update the page if the report is correct. We do not accept payment to change, add, or remove content, and we do not publish sponsored or paid placements.

We read every message and aim to reply within a few business days. Please don’t send personal medical details, Social Security numbers, or policy numbers by email.
